Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using WPSentinel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the service.
2. Service description
WPSentinel offers a centralized management dashboard for WordPress sites including: plugin and theme monitoring, update management, automated backup scheduling, and health report generation.
3. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option selected. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. WPSentinel may modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal activities or to harm third parties.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass security measures.
- Do not resell the service without written authorization from WPSentinel.
6. Availability
WPSentinel aims to maintain 99.5% monthly availability. Planned outages will be announced at least 24 hours in advance on the Status page.
7. Limitation of liability
WPSentinel shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the service. WPSentinel's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. After cancellation, data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts, unless applicable consumer protection regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
